Donuts are favorite of all kids. These can be prepare at home with simple steps with easily available ingredients. These are eggless, yeast free and healthy too.

1.5 cups Whole wheat flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2tbsp milk powder
2tbsp curd
1 tsp baking pwd
½ tsp baking soda
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
Dark melted chocolate
White melted chocolate
Colourful sprinkles
Mix flour, milk powder, powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder in a vessel. Add curd and prepare a sticky dough using milk. Add 1 tbsp butter and make the dough smooth. Knead for 2-3 minutes. Grease the dough with butter and cover. Keep aside for 10-20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, take the dough on a dusted board and roll in a ½ cm thick disc. Cut with a round cutter and also make a hole in center with a small round cutter.

Fry in medium hot flame on medium flame till they become dark brown. Take them out and allow them to cool.

Melt dark chocolate and white chocolate in double boiler method. Dip fried donuts in dark melted chocolate and white chocolate. Garnish with melted chocolates and colourful sprinkles.
