Falooda is a very famous dessert. Today we are coming with falooda premix recipe. You can store it in fridge and prepare it in minutes.

Ingredients –
For Rose Falooda
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp rose emulsion
1 tbsp Corn flour
1 tbsp Basil seeds
1/4 cup Vermicelli
1tbsp chopped cashews and almonds
For Mango Falooda
500ml milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp mango emulsion
1 tbsp Corn flour
1 tbsp Basil seeds
1/4 cup Vermicelli
1tbsp chopped cashews and almonds

For rose falooda premix, mix sugar and rose emulsion in a bowl, add corn flour and mix nicely.

Now fill this flavoured sugar in a zip lock bag, add vermicelli, now add basil seeds and in the last add chopped dry fruits. Lock the bag and keep in fridge for later use.

For mango falooda premix, mix sugar and rose emulsion in a bowl, add corn flour and mix nicely.

Now fill this flavoured sugar in a zip lock bag, add vermicelli, now add basil seeds and in the last add chopped dry fruits. Lock the bag and keep in fridge for later use.

For making falooda – Mix whole packet of rose falooda premix in 500 ml milk. Give a good stir.

Cook on medium to high flame till mixture thickens. Switch off the flame, allow to cool and transfer in a bowl and keep in fridge for 30 -60 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream scoop, rose syrup or colored tutty fruity.

Or you can serve in glass. Pour 1tbsp rose syrup in the serving glass. Add prepared rose falooda, fill the glass with vanilla ice cream scoop. Add chopped nuts, tutti fruity and repeat the process if your glass is enough big. Serve immediately and enjoy homemade royal rose falooda.
