Samosa is one of the most favorite street food of India. It is stuffed with spicy potato stuffing and fried in oil. Today we are coming with a healthy, whole wheat flour air fried smaosa recipe.

For dough –
250gram whole wheat flour
1tsp salt
1tsp carom seeds
80ml oil
Stuffing –
2 boiled potatoes
100gram grated paneer
1 cup blanched green peas
¼ cup sweet corn
2 chopped green chilis
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp aamchur powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp black salt
For dough- Mix all the ingredients of dough and prepare a soft dough using water. Make the dough smooth. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

For stuffing –

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and fennel seeds. Add green chilis, green peas, boiled sweet corn, grated paneer, boiled mashed potatoes, and all spices. Mix all the ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

Uncover the dough and prepare big balls from the dough. Roll the dough in a big oval shape with a rolling pin. Cut the sheet in 2 equal pieces.

Make a cone shape with a piece of sheet, apply water and seal the ends, stuff prepared stuffing and seal the ends nicely. Prepare all the samosas in the same way. Place all the samosas on a fry basket.

Grease the samosas with oil.

Select the mode as airfryer. Preheat for 5 minutes. After preheating place, the air fry tray in oven and allow to air fry for 25 minutes or till get the desired colour. Take out the samosas from the oven and brush with oil. Healthy, tasty, air fried samosas are ready to eat. Enjoy healthy samosas with green chutney, imli chutney, chhole.
