Prepare your own healthy, fresh bread at home with simple and healthy ingredients. This healthy oats bread is very easy to make.

250gram Oats
250gram Whole wheat flour
2tbsp flax seeds
¼ cup milk powder
2.5 tsp active dry yeast
2tsp salt
2tbsp honey
2tbsp oil
Grind oats and flax seeds in a mixer jar. Transfer the oats meal in a big bowl. Add 300ml luke warm water and mix. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, add 250gram whole wheat flour, milk powder, salt, honey, dry yeast in a soaked oats meal. Mix nicely and prepare a soft and sticky dough. Transfer the dough on a greased platform and knead the dough for 8-10 minutes. After kneading the dough keep the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and keep aside for 40-60 minutes.

After 40-60 minutes, take out the dough on a greased platform, spread in a rectangular shape. Roll and prepare a log according to the bread loaf size (9X5inches)

Grease the bread loaf tin with oil and place the prepared log in tin. Cover and keep aside for 20 minutes. (second proving)

Meanwhile preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees with both rods on.

After preheating the oven, place bread tin in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Take out the tin from the oven, demould the bread from mould and allow to cool on a wire rack for 2-3 hours.

After 3 hours, slice the bread and enjoy healthy and tasty bread.
