Prepare healthy and tasty zingy parcel without maida, oven and yeast with simple ingredients.

Ingredients –
For dough –
200gram whole wheat flour
1tsp salt
1tsp powdered sugar
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian Herb
1tbsp oil
2tbsp curd
½ cup luke warm milk
For paneer mixture –
150gram paneer cubes
½ tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kasoori methi
1tsp olive oil
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp salt
For mayonnaise dip –
¼ cup mayonnaise
1tbsp red chili powder
1 tsp red chili flakes
1tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
Mozzarella cheese
For dough – Mix wheat flour, salt, sugar, garlic powder, baking soda, Italian herb. Add curd and luke warm milk and mix. Prepare soft dough using water. Add olive and make the dough smooth.

Cover and keep aside the dough.

Add paneer cubes and all spices, oil in a pan, cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

Keep aside.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl for mayonnaise dip. Mix paneer cubes mixture in mayonnaise dip.

Divide the dough in two equal parts. Dust the maize flour on a rolling board, roll in a 8-9 inch diameter thick disc. Cut the disc in 6 equal triangles. Place 1 tsp mozzarella cheese on the centre of a triangle. Place paneer mayonnaise stuffing on it, again place a spoon of mozzarella cheese. Apply water on all three corners. Join the corners in the middle and seal nicely.

Prepare all the parcels in the same way. Place a parchment paper for kadai baking. Place prepared zingy parcels on a plate for kadai baking and place some parcels on a microwave plate. Milk wash them. Preheat a kadai for 5 minutes on low flame. Preheat the oven on 200degrees. Place a plate in preheated kadai and in a preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, take out the plates from the kadai and oven. Grease with butter and enjoy hot, spicy whole wheat flour zingy parcels.
