Papad is an essential part of our daily food. It is crispy and very tasty. Today we are coming with easy and perfect rice papad recipe. You can store them for a year.

1 cup rice flour
1tsp salt
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin seeds
Sieve rice flour and soak in 2 cups of water. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes boil 5 cups of water, and mix soaked rice flour in boiling water and stir continuously. Cook on low flame

for 10-12 minutes or till batter thickens.

Switch off the flame. Cover the mixture. Spread a good quality plastic sheet on the platform. Take a spoonful mixture and pour on a plastic sheet, spread the mixture with the back side of the spoon and allow it to dry in sunlight for 2-3 days. After drying all the papad, collect them and store for a year in a container. Fry in hot oil when you want to eat them.
