In winters we are making lot of winter special delicacies. Methi bajra roti is very tasty and spicy in taste. It is healthy and gluten free Indian flat bread. Uploaded by admin on 22-Feb-2021.
2 cups pearl millet flour (bajre ka aata) 2 cups fresh and finely chopped fenugreek leaves (fresh methi) ¼ cup fresh curd 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp carom seeds 1 tsp red chilli powder ¼ tsp haldi powder 1 tbsp oil
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix with hands. Prepare a soft dough using water. Knead the dough and make it smooth. Prepare balls from the dough, dust with dry pearl millet flour, roll in a thick disc with a rolling pin. Switch on the flame, put tava and put rolled rotla on medium hot tawa and roast from both sides, apply oil on both sides and roast till brown marks appear. Tasty and healthy bajra masala rotla are ready, served with hot besan kadhi or pickle.
