Swiss roll is very beautiful and delicious dessert. This red velvet swiss roll can be made without oven, kadai, pressure cooker or egg.

½ cup milk
½ cup maida
¼ tsp sugar powder
1tsp cocoa powder
1tbsp oil
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp vinegar
¼ tsp red food colour
½ tsp vanilla essence
4 tbsp peanut butter
Mix luke warm milk, vinegar, red food colour in a bowl and keep aside.

Mix Oil and sugar in bowl. Sieve maida, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder in sugar and oil mixture.

Add vanilla essence, milk mixture and prepare a thin batter.

Heat a grill sandwich maker for 2 minutes on medium.

Grease with oil, pour prepared mixture on greased grill plate. Cover and allow to cook on medium temperature for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, open the sandwich maker and remove the cake sheet and keep on a clean kitchen towel.

Allow to cook for 2 minutes, spread peanut butter on sheet.

Roll gently and cover with kitchen towel and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.

Take out the roll from fridge and cut in 1-inch-thick slices with a sharp knife.

Tasty, soft and moist red velvet swiss roll is ready.
