Methi na gota is a very popular gujrati pakoda recipe. It can be prepared in 10 minutes with simple ingredients. You can enjoy them with fried green chilis and green chutney.

150gram besan / gram flour
1 cup finely chopped fresh green methi
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp carom seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 chopped green chili
1 tbsp oil
Add salt, carom seeds, red chili powder, chopped chili, chopped methi, oil in gram flour and mix nicely. Gradually add water and prepare a thick batter. Keep aside for 5 minutes.

Add lemon juice and baking soda and mix nicely.

Heat oil on high flame. Fry pakoda in medium high flame till golden brown and take out from oil.

Fry green chilis and serve hot.
