250 gram kachchi haldi 1 tbsp yellow mustard seeds (sarso) 1 tbsp fennel seeds (saunf) 1 tsp dana methi 1 tsp kalonji 1tsp salt 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1 /4 tsp hing ½ cup mustard oil 1 tbsp vinegar
Roughly grind fennel seeds and yellow mustard. Peel kachhi haldi and then chop finely with a knife. Heat mustard oil, add kalonji, methi dana, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, kachhi haldi, red chili powder, salt and mix and cook for 4 -5 minutes on low flame. Add vinegar and mix, allow to cool and store in fridge for 1 month.
