1 cup water 1 cup milk ½ inch of ginger piece 2 cloves 2 black pepper corns (optional) 10-15 fresh mint leaves 1tsp tea leaf 1tbsp sugar
Crush ginger, cloves and ginger, mint leaves in a mortar. Add water in a vessel, add crushed mint + ginger, tea leaf, sugar and allow to boil for 1-2 minutes on medium flame. Add milk and boil on medium flame. Sieve and enjoy the hot refreshing pudina tea.
