1 cup oats 1 cup fresh green peas ½ cup sooji ½ cup fresh coriander 2-3 green chilis 1 inch ginger 1 tsp salt 1 tsp eno/ baking soda 1 tsp sesame seeds
Grind oats in a mixture. Transfer in a bowl. Add fresh green peas, fresh coriander, green chilis, ginger, salt and water in a mixer jar, grind in a smooth paste. Add semolina in oats flour, add fresh green peas, ¼ cup of water, 1 tsp soda / eno and mix nicely. Transfer prepared batter in a 5 inch cake tin, flatten it and steam in a steamer for 20 minutes. Take out from steamer and allow to cool for 20 minutes. Demould. Heat ¼ cup oil in a flat pan, add sesame seeds, add steamed oats dhokla in oil and roast from both sides on medium flame. Take out and cut with knife and enjoy healthy and tasty oats breakfast recipe.
