1+1/3 Cup All-purpose Flour 1cup Powdered Sugar 1/2 Cup Mango Puree 1/3 cup Butter 1/2 Cup Curd 1/4 cup Choco Chips 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/3 tsp Baking Soda (Soda bi Carbonate) 1/8 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Mango Essence (Optional) Milk if required
Sieve all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a big bowl. Add sugar and butter in an another bowl and beat till they are creamy. Now add curd and beat again. At this point, add mango puree and beat well again. Add mango essence and mix it well. Now in the sieved dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients and mix gently. Add 1tbsp milk. Add choco chips and mix well. Scoop the batter in the lined cupcake moulds with a scooper. Sprinkle some choco-chips over the cupcake batter. Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 180 degree celcius for 20 minutes. After they are baked, take them out of the oven and let it cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Take them out of the mould on a plate and decorate them as you wish. Here I have decorated them with heart shaped mango slices, inserted in the cupcakes with a toothpick. Enjoy this mango season with eggless mango choco-chip cupcakes

I am passionate about cooking and firmly believe in the fact that a recipe has no soul, but you, as a cook, with your affection can bring soul to the recipe. I like to show creativity with dishes which can be made with easily available ingredients in the kitchen.
