Mix salt, sugar, instant dry active yeast in flour. Add crushed garlic, red chili flakes, oregano. Prepare a soft and sticky dough using water. Apply butter or oil on platform or working surface, knead the dough for 5-6 minutes or till the dough smooth. Keep the dough in a greased bowl. Cover with a cling film and keep aside for 40-60 minutes. Mix oregano, chili flakes, crushed garlic in salted butter. After 60 minutes, uncover the bowl, punch the dough and divide the dough in 12 equal portions. Take a portion of dough, flatten the ball, place some garlic butter on the flatten dough. Roll and make a knot. Place prepare knots in a 8x8 inches greased tray. Keep distance between all knots. Cover and keep aside for another 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, gently grease the knots with melted garlic butter. Bake in a preheated oven on 200 degree for 20 minutes. Take out garlic knots from oven and apply butter, enjoy hot garlic knots.
