Prepare mouth-watering soft and spongy eggless garlic dinner rolls at home with simple steps.

400gram maida
2tsp instant active dry yeast
1tsp salt
1tbsp powdered sugar
1tbsp crushed garlic
2tbsp salted butter
Oregano
Chilii Flakes
For Garlic butter –
2tbsp salted butter
1tsp oregano
1tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp crushed garlic
Mix salt, sugar, instant dry active yeast in flour. Add crushed garlic, red chili flakes, oregano. Prepare a soft and sticky dough using water. Apply butter or oil on platform or working surface, knead the dough for 5-6 minutes or till the dough smooth.

Keep the dough in a greased bowl. Cover with a cling film and keep aside for 40-60 minutes.

Mix oregano, chili flakes, crushed garlic in salted butter.

After 60 minutes, uncover the bowl, punch the dough and divide the dough in 12 equal portions.

Take a portion of dough, flatten the ball, place some garlic butter on the flatten dough. Roll and make a knot. Place prepare knots in a 8x8 inches greased tray. Keep distance between all knots. Cover and keep aside for another 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, gently grease the knots with melted garlic butter. Bake in a preheated oven on 200 degree for 20 minutes.

Take out garlic knots from oven and apply butter, enjoy hot garlic knots.
