Dough 3-4 roasted papad 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chili powder Fresh coriander 2tsp ghee ½ tsp garam masala
Roast papad and roughly crush them, add all spices, ghee, fresh coriander and mix nicely. Take a big potion of dough, make ball, dust with dry flour. Roll in a thick small disc, place prepared papad stuffing in the center of the disc. Cover and seal the ends properly. Dust with dry flour and gently roll and prepare a thick paratha. Roast on medium hot tava from both sides and apply oil. Roast till brown marks appears. Remove from tava and enjoy hot.
