Manchow soup is a spicy and hot soup made from mixed vegetables. It is one of the favourite soup of kids, which can be used to serve vegetables in a healthy diet. It is a very delicious indo chinese recipe which we are preparing in restaurant style at home. Presenting the very best healthy, tasty, and easily prepared Veg Monchow soup in step by step video. Monchow soup is generally served as a starter with any Indo Chinese main course like hakka noodles or veg noodles or veg fried rice or burnt garlic fried rice or Singapore fried rice.

Boiled noodles
1tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1tbsp chopped ginger
Chopped green chili
¼ cup finely chopped carrots
¼ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp dark soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp red chili sauce
2 tbsp corn flour
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
Coat boiled noodles in corn flour. Deep fry in hot oil till they become crispy.

For soup, heat oil in a wok, add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilis in hot oil and sauté for few seconds.

Add chopped carrots, onion, capsicum and sauté for a minute on high flame. Add 600-700ml water.

Add salt, black pepper powder, soya sauce, vinegar, chili sauce in water, allow to boil.

Mix 2tbsp corn flour in 2 tbsp water. Add in boiling water and stir continuously. Cook for 5 minutes or till soup thickens. Soup is ready. Serve hot with fried crispy noodles.
