Boiled noodles
1tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1tbsp chopped ginger
Chopped green chili
¼ cup finely chopped carrots
¼ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp dark soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp red chili sauce
2 tbsp corn flour
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
Coat boiled noodles in corn flour. Deep fry in hot oil till they become crispy.

For soup, heat oil in a wok, add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilis in hot oil and sauté for few seconds.

Add chopped carrots, onion, capsicum and sauté for a minute on high flame. Add 600-700ml water.

Add salt, black pepper powder, soya sauce, vinegar, chili sauce in water, allow to boil.

Mix 2tbsp corn flour in 2 tbsp water. Add in boiling water and stir continuously. Cook for 5 minutes or till soup thickens. Soup is ready. Serve hot with fried crispy noodles.
