Prepare soft and perfect naan without oven or tandoor. This naan is prepared without yeast. You can prepared this naan easily at home without using any fancy ingredients.

300gram maida 1tsp salt 1tbsp powdered sugar ½ cup curd ½ cup milk ½ tsp baking soda Kalonji Fresh coriander
For dough mix maida, salt, sugar, baking soda in a bowl. Add milk and curd and mix nicely. Prepare a soft and sticky dough. Add butter / oil and make the smooth. Cover and keep aside for 1-2 hours. After two hours, uncover the dough. Prepare big balls, dust the ball with flour, Roll in an oval shape. Sprinkle kalonji / nigella seeds and fresh coriander on naan, roll and make it long with rolling pin. Heat a clean tava on high flame, tava should be clean and hot before placing the naan. Apply water on the back side of naan. Place prepared naan on hot tava with pressure. The water side of naan should be on tava side. Allow to cook naan till the bubbles appears on naan. Now flip the tava and cook naan from the other sides till the brown marks appears on naan. Remove naan from tava. Apply butter and serve hot.
