Prepare healthy and tasty rice rava upma in minutes. It is good option for breakfast.

1cup rice rava (idli rava)
1tsp mustard seeds
2tsp urad dal
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 chopped green chilis
1tsp ghee for roasting
½ tsp black pepper powder
1tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup green peas
Fresh coriander
Lemon juice
½ cup peanuts
Add rice rava and 1tsp ghee in a wok. Roast rava on low flame for 5 minutes. Keep aside.

Heat oil / ghee in a wok. Crackle mustard seeds and urad dal. Add onion, green chili and cook for a minute. Add carrots, green peas, in wok and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix. Add 3 cups of water, allow to boil. Add fresh coriander and lemon juice. Add 1 cup roasted rice rava and mic nicely. Stir continuously.

Switch off the flame, cover and keep aside. Give a mix and serve hot.
