Kajukatli is a most popular Indian festive sweet recipe. Today we are coming with a innovative kajukatli recipe. This kajukatli is very tasty and easy to make.

250 gram cashew powder
200 gram sugar
50 gram gulkand
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp red food colour
Chandi Varak
Add water and sugar in a non-stick pan, cook and melt sugar properly. Add cashew powder and cook on low flame till all the mixture comes together in the pan. Stir continuously.

Divde the cashew dough in two parts. Take a small part of cashew dough in the same pan, add gulkand, red food colour and cook till thicken like a dough.


Now roll the both parts of cashews dough and gulkand cashew dough in a thick sheet with a greased rolling pin on a greased plastic sheet / butter paper or a platform. Place gulkand cashew sheet on a white cashew sheet, cover with second cashew sheet, gently roll for 1-2 times, apply chandi varak (optional) keep aside for 10 minutes or till set. Cut in diamond shape. Sandwich kajukatli is ready to serve.
