Gulabjamun are loved by all and all those who love eayting sweets can't keep there hands off from having Cake. And the enjoyment gets double when we have Gulabjamun cake, yes we are presenting a delicious fusion between traditional and western Gulabjamun Cake.Make your celebrations perfect with this homemade cake.

6-7 inch Vanilla cake sponge (recipe link is given in the description box)
1 cup non dairy whipping cream
Yellow saffron food color
8-10 Gulab jamun (chopped)
Pistachio flakes
Saffron strands
Leftover sugar syrup
Edible Silver Varak (chandi varak ) optional
Slice the cake.

Whip the cream till soft peaks, add saffron yellow food color, whip till stiff peaks.

Place a cake slice on a cake board, soak with sugar syrup, spread whipped cream, place chopped

Gulab jamun pieces. Cover the Gulab jamun pieces with whipped cream. Place another cake slice over

it and repeat the same process.

Cover the whole cake sides and top with whipped cream, make Rosset and place Gulab jamun on top.

Or decorate the cake top as your choice.

Make border with a small star nozzle. Garnish the cake with pistachio flakes, saffron strands and

chandi varak.

Tasty gulabjamun cake is ready.
