1 cup maida 1tsp salt A pinch of baking soda 3 cheese cubes 1tbsp butter ¼ cup milk
Mix maida, salt, baking powder and butter. Grate cheese and mix. Prepare a hard dough using milk. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes. Divide the dough in two equal parts. Prepare balls. Roll the ball in a thin disc with a rolling pin. Cut in small squares. Deep fry in medium hot oil on low flame till they become crispy and light pink colour. Take out from oil. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
