200ml non dairy whipping cream 200ml fresh coconut cream 200ml amul fresh cream 200gram coconut flesh / malai 50ml fresh coconut water ½ cup powdered sugar
Chop coconut malai (Flesh – Cream of Tender Coconut) in small pieces. Add chopped malai and 50ml in a mixer jar, blend in a smooth paste. Keep ½ cup chopped malai for later use. Add non dairy whipping cream in a bowl, whip till soft peaks. Add coconut cream and amul fresh cream in the same bowl, whip for a minute. Add powdered sugar, chopped coconut malai and mix nicely. Pour creamy mixture in an airtight container and keep in a deep freezer for 8 hours. After 8 hours take out the ice cream box from freezer. Scoop out the ice cream and enjoy the homemade natural tender coconut ice cream.
