We all love to eat some crispy, spicy snacks with tea, coffee or in free time. Today we are making besan sev gathiya without machine or any fancy equipment. This recipe is very easy and can prepare with few ingredients in less time. You can prepare it once and store for a month.

Ingredients-
250gram besan (gram flour)
3tsp oil
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda / khane wala soda
1/2 cup water
Heat oil in a wok on low flame.

Sieve 250gram fine besan in a bowl. You can measure this besan with 3 bowls too.

Add 1tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda (khane wala soda), 3tsp oil in 1/2 cup water. Mix nicely.

Add besan in a bowl, add oil+salt+soda+water mixture and prepare a dough.

Collect all the dough with greased hands.

Wet your hands with water and take a small piece of dough, knead the dough and it smooth.

Take a wooden board and place a clean cloth for collecting the sev / gathiya. Grease the board lightly with oil. Prepare sev / gathiya as shown in the video.

Fry in medium hot oil on low flame till sev / ghatiya become crispy.

Prepare sev / gathiya like a pro without any gadet and fry in oil on low flame.

Fry fresh green chiilis in hot oil for few seconds.

Note - Make a hole or a slit in green chillis before frying.

Our tasty, crispy sev / gathiya is ready. Sprinkle black pepper powder and black salt if you wish. Enjoy!!
