Eggless, soft, moist, chocolaty cake recipe with proper ingredients and also given process of how to bake a cake in microwave in a easy manner. Now after it no need to go and buy a cake from bakery. Prepare your own cake at home with few easy steps which are given in video

1+1/2 Cup Apf (Maida)
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Oil
4tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1tbsp Vanilla Essence
1tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Coffee
100g Dark Chocolate
30g White Chocolate
1tbsp Butter
Mix sugar and oil till they are creamy.

Add vanilla essence and mix.

Sieve APF, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.

Give it a stir.

In 1+1/2 Cup boiling water, add coffee and mix well. Keep it aside.

Add apple cider vinegar and coffee water and mix till flowing consistency.

Tip: Gradually add water to avoid lumps.

Pour the batter in a 7 inch greased and lined mould.

Tap the mould.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180degree for 35-40 minutes.

Check with a toothpick, if it comes out clean then the cake is baked properly.

Melt dark chocolate with butter for 30-60 seconds.

Melt white chocolate for 30 seconds.

Demould the cake on a wire rack.

Pour the melted dark chocolate over the cake and spread with a spatula.

Fill white chocolate in a piping bag and decorate the cake as desired.

Eggless Chocolate Cake is ready to eat
