1/2 cup sooji / rava / semolina 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes 1tsp salt 1tsp black pepper powder 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 1 chopped green chilli Fresh coriander 2 cubes of cheese Oil for frying
Add 1 cup water, 1/2 tsp salt and allow to boil. Gradually mix 1/2 cup sooji and cook till all mixture comes together. Switch off the flame and allow to cool. Add sooji mixture, boiled and mashed potatoes, finely chopped onion, fresh coriander, green chillis, 1/2 tsp salt, 1tsp black pepper powder, grated cheese in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients and prepare a soft dough. Prepare small balls from the dough with greased hands. Fry in hot oil on high flame till they becomes brown in colour. Take them out from oil. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
