Healthy whole wheat flour coffee beans cookies are perfectly paired with a cup of tea or hot coffee. Healthy food eaters and coffee lovers will always love it. They are prepared with whole wheat flour which is more healthy than maida and we have also used the goodness of peanut butter and olive oil. You can also store them for 15-20 days.

Ingredients-
1 cup whole wheat flour (genhu aata)
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1tsp instant coffee powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Take 1/4th cup creamy peanut butter. Mix 1/4th cup olive oil. Add 1/3rd cup powdered sugar and mix nicely. Mix 1tsp coffee powder.

Sieve 1 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking, 2tbsp cocoa powder and mix in wet ingredients.

Prepare a dough, do not over mix. If needed add 1tsp peanut butter or olive oil.

Prepare small balls from the dough and give oval shape, make a slit with knife on the cookie as shown in the video.

Arrange them on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes on 180 degree.

Take out from oven, allow to cool on wire rack.

Store in an airtight container box.
