Chocolates and sweets are loved by all. Today we are presenting a combination of chocolate and indian sweet recipe barfi. This chocolate barfi is prepared with 1 tsp ghee and fresh milk. You all will love to making and eating it. Uploaded by admin on 26-Jul-2020.
1/2 liter milk 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk powder 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tbsp ghee / butter
Add 1/2 liter milk and 1 cup sugar in a wok and allow to boil. Stir continuously and allow to reduce to half on high flame. Add 1 cup milk powder and mix nicely. Add 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. Cook all the mixture on low flame till it become thick. Add 1tbsp ghee or butter and mix. Place a butter paper and grease with ghee and pour the chocolate mixture in mould. Spread evenly. Keep in fridge for 2-3 hours or till it sets completely. Take out from fridge and demould it. Cut with a sharp knife in small pieces. Tasty, fudgy milk chocolate barfi is ready.
