This healthy and super tasty oats vegetable cutlets are made of with oats and fresh vegetables, shallow fried in healthy extra light olive oil which is super light on stomach. You can prepare them in few minutes and eat guilt free. Uploaded by admin on 15-Jul-2020.
2 Cups oats 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum 1 cup finely chopped green chillis 2 boiled and grated potatoes 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper powder
Take 2 cup of oats in a mixer jar and prepare a fine powder. Add 2 boiled and grated potatoes, 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots, capsicum, onion, salt to taste, black pepper powder, green chillis, oats flour in a bowl and mix nicely. Prepare round tikkis from the mixture. For slurry, mix oats flour, salt and water in a bowl. Prepare a thick slurry. For outer covering take oats in a plate. Dip prepared tikkis in slurry and coat with oats. Press gently and prepare all the tikkis. Shallow fry them on medium flame from all sides. Take out oats tikkis from the pan. Healthy and tasty oats tikkis are ready to serve. Enjoy!!
