In rainy season we all love to eat hot and crispy pakoda or fitters, now monsoon is in full swing. Enjoy the rainy season with quick, easy and lip-smacking, piping hot palak paneer pakodas.

1 cup grated paneer
2 cups of finally chopped fresh spinach (palak)
3/4 cup gram flour (besan)
1/2 cup sooji / rava
2 chopped green chillies
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1tbsp hot oil
Mix 1 cup grated paneer, 2 cups chopped spinach, 1/2 cup finally chopped onions, 2 chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 3/4 cup gram flour, 1/2 cup sooji, 1tsp salt, 1tsp black pepper powder in a bowl. Mix all ingredients with hands nicely. Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes.

Uncover and add 1/4 cup of water and mix. prepare a crumbly mixture. Add 1/4 tsp baking soda and mix. Mix 1tbsp hot oil in mixture. Prepare lemon size balls and fry in hot oil on medium flame.

Flip and fry all the paneer pakodas till they turn light golden brown. Take out all the palak paneer pakodas from oil. Crispy palak paneer pakodas are ready to serve.
