Brownie is a combination of chocolate cake and chocolate. Today we are showing you how can we prepare eggless chocolate brownie at home in simple way. It is gooey, fudgy in texture and the crispy crinkle top makes it more delicious and lip smacking.

1 cup or 130gram maida
1 cup or 190gram powdered sugar
1 cup or 140gram chopped dark chocolate
1/2 cup or 1oogram butter
1/2 cup fresh curd
1 tsp vanilla essence
Add 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1 cup chopped chocolate in a glass bowl.

Place glass bowl on double boiler. Mix nicely and allow to melt on low flame. Allow to cool.

Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 cup curd in bowl. Sieve maida in sugar -curd mixture,

Add melted chocolate-butter mixture and vanilla essence, mix. Brownie batter is ready.

Line a 5 inch cake tin with parchment paper. Pour prepared brownie batter in mould, flatten it.

Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes on 180 degrees. Take out from oven and allow to cool and keep in fridge for 20 minutes. Gently demould the brownie.

Enjoy eggless homemade brownie. You can enjoy it hot or cold.
