Cakes are loved by everyone. Today we are again coming with a new flavor of cake. This cake is prepared without oven, butter, egg and cream. This is very soft, spongy and delicious. It tastes like an Indian dessert. You can prepare it easily with ingredients available at home.

Ingredients -
For Rabdi -
500ml milk
1/2 cup sugar
4tbsp milk powder
2tbsp corn flour
For cake sponge -
1 cup maida
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup fresh curd
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp rose essence
Pistachio flakes, chopped almonds,
dry rose petals, cardamom powder
For Malai Rabdi - Mix 500ml milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 4tbsp milk powder, 2tbsp corn flour in a pan.

Switch on the flame. Stir continuously and cook on medium flame till it thickens.

Switch off the flame and allow to cool completely.

For cake batter, mix 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl. Beat for a minute. Add 1/4 cup curd and mix. Sieve 1 cup maida, 1tsp baking powder, baking soda in oil-sugar mixture. Mix the mixture, gradually add prepared rabdi and prepare a cake batter. Mix rose essence.

Prepare a 7 inch heat proof glass mould. Pour prepared cake batter in mould. Flatten the cake batter.

Preheat a wok for 10 minutes on low flame, place a ring, cake mould and cover the wok, bake for 35-40 minutes on low flame. After 40 minutes, open the lid and check the cake with a toothpick. Allow to cool completely. Remove the excess cake top with a knife. Poke the cake with a toothpick or a fork. Pour prepared malai rabdi on cake top, sprinkle pistachio flakes, almond flakes, dry rose petals, saffron strands, cardamom powder.

Keep in fridge. Cut in pieces and enjoy mouth-watering malai rabdi cake.
