Mango is the king of fruit. We all love to eat mango. We Indians are making various sweets and dessert from it. So, today we are coming with an easy and quick mango kalakand. This is an instant and mouth-watering kalakand recipe. You will definitely love to eat this lip smacking mango dessert.

1/2 litre full cream milk
1 cup fresh mango pulp
1/2 cup sugar
100gram grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup milk powder (optional)
Pistachio flakes.
Add 1/2 litre full fat milk in a wok. Allow to boil.

Add 1 cup fresh mango pulp in boiling milk. Cook the milk and mango pulp on high flame till the milk separates and is curdled. Stir occasionally.

Cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes. Add grated paneer and cook till the mixture thickens.

Add 1/2 cup of sugar and cook on high flame till the mixture comes together in the center of wok. Stir continuously.

Spread the mixture in wok and add 1/4 cup milk powder and mix nicely. (milk powder is optional)

Switch off the flame.

Grease a plate or tin with ghee and pour the prepared mango mixture. Flatten it and sprinkle pistachio flakes, allow to cool and keep in fridge for one hour.

After one hour, cut in square pieces. Tasty mango kalakand is ready.
