A quick and tasty party snack recipe for you. These pinwheel samosas are very tasty and easy to make.

For dough -
1 cup whole wheat flour (genhu ka aata)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwayan)
2 tbsp oil (30ml)
For stuffing-
2 medium size boiled potatoes
1 chopped green chilli
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/ 2 tsp aam chur powder
Fresh coriander
oil for frying
Add wheat flour, salt, carom seeds in a vessel, mix. Add oil and mix nicely. Knead dough using water.

Cover the dough and keep aside for 5 minutes.

For stuffing grate boiled potatoes. Add salt, red chiili powder, aamchur powder, garam masala,

green chiili, fresh coriander in grated potatoes and mix nicely.

Uncover the dough and divide the dough in two parts. Roll the ball in a big disc with a rolling pin.

Place potato stuffing on rolled disc and spread evenly.

Roll it tightly. Apply water on ends and seal properly. Cut in 1/2 cm thick slices with a sharp knife.

For thin slurry, mix wheat flour, salt and water.

Dip prepared aloo pinwheels in slurry, remove extra slurry and fry in hot oil on medium flame.

Flip and fry till they become golden brown in colour. Take out fried samosa pinwheels from the oil. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and chutney.
