1 cup whole wheat flour / genhu ka aata 2 medium size boiled potatoes 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes 1/4 cup fresh coriander
Add whole wheat flour, grated potato, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, fresh coriander in a vessel. Mix all the ingredients. Prepare a soft dough using water. Add 1 tbsp of ghee or oil to make the dough smooth. Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes. Uncover the dough and knead for a minute. Prepare big lemon size balls from the dough. Dust the ball with dry flour, roll in a thick disc with a rolling pin. Roast the paratha on medium hot tawa from both sides, apply ghee or oil and roast till crispy on medium flame. Aloo paratha is ready to serve. Serve hot with coriander chutney, tomato ketchup or pickle.
