During fasting days we are eating lot of variety food. Due to this lockdown we can not go outside for buy fancy stuff for fast. Today we going to show a quick and tasty dry smack recipe which you can prepare in just few minutes with less ingredient. You can store this tasty snack for a month too.

1/2 Cup sabudana (talne wale sabudana) (sago)
1 Cup Makhana (lotus seeds/ fox nuts)
1/2 cup cashews (kaju)
1/2 Cup Almonds (badam)
1/4 Cup raisins ((kishmish)
1/4 cup dry coconut slices
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp citric acid
1 tsp black pepper powder
These nylon sagos are for frying purpose only and are easily available at grocery stores.

Fry sago in hot oil on high flame. Take them out when they are perfectly fried.

Fry all the sabudana like this.

Fry cashews on low flame for 30 seconds.

Fry almonds on low flame for a minute.

Fry coconut slices for few seconds on low flame.

Fry raisins on low flame till they are puffed up.

Add lotus seeds and roast on medium flame till they become crispy.

Mix all fried nuts and raisins.

This is citric acid and make a powder of it.

Add citric acid, sugar, salt, black pepper and mix nicely.
