Cabbage Manchurian is a indo chinese snack recipe. It is loved by all. Today we going to show a very easy and perfect recipe of restaurant style cabbage manchurain.

For manchurian 250 gram cabbage 2 tbsp corn flour 2 tbsp maida 1tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper powder red orange food colour (optional) For gravy - 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tbsp chopped ginger 2 tbsp finely chopped onion 1/4 cup sliced capsicum Red chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, spring onion's greens
Grate cabbage. Add salt, black pepper powder, 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp maida, red orange food colour (optional), ginger garlic paste in grated cabbage. Mix. Prepare small balls from the cabbage mixture. Fry cabbage balls in hot oil on medium flame. Take out from the oil. Cabbage manchurians are ready. We can fry them twice for more crispiness. Heat oil, add chopped garlic, ginger, cook for a minute. Add chopped onion, capsicum, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder in oil, sauté for a minute. Mix water and corn flour in a bowl and prepare a thin slurry. Add slurry in pan and cook for a minute. Add fried cabbage balls in gravy. Mix nicely. Garnish with onions greens.
