Chocolate fudge are very tasty and easy to make, today we are going to show 4 types of innovative chocolate fudge recipe. These fudge are perfect for gifting and celebrating small happy moments with family and friends.

Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients -
300g chopped dark chocolate
150g condensed milk
50g unsalted butter
50g chopped nuts (almonds, cashew, pistachio)

Strawberry Fudge –
Ingredients -
300gram strawberry flavoured chocolate
150gram condensed milk
50gram butter
Golden dust (optional)

Paan Fudge-
Ingredients –
300g Chopped White Chocolate
150g Homemade Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup Dry Paan Masala
50g Unsalted Butter
Green Food Colour (Powder or Gel)
Colourful Mint Sprinkles

Cranberry Fudge
Ingredients -
300 Gram Chopped White Chocolate
150 Gram Homemade Condensed Milk
50 Gram Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberry
Chocolate Dry fruit fudge -

Add chopped chocolate, condensed milk, butter in a non-stick pan. Allow to melt on low flame. Stir continuously.

Do not overcook. Add chopped almonds, cashews, pistachio and mix.

Switch off the flame.

Line a 7-8 inch cake tin or plate with a parchment / butter paper.

Pour chocolate fudge mixture in the prepared cake tin and spread evenly.

Garnish with chopped nuts.

Keep in fridge for 2 hours.

After 2 hours take out from fridge. Chocolate fudge is completely set. Demould it and cut in small square pieces with a sharp knife.

Homemade nutty chocolate fudge is ready.


Strawberry Fudge -

Chop strawberry flowered chocolate in small pieces.

Add chopped strawberry chocolate, butter and condensed milk in a non stick pan. Cook on low flame till all the ingredients mix properly.

Pour in a 8 inch lined tin. spread evenly. Keep in fridge for 1 hour.

Demould and remove the parchment paper. Cut in small square pieces.

Strawberry fudge is ready. Apply gold dust on strawberry fudge.


Paan Fudge -

Add white chocolate, butter and condensed milk. Mix gently on low flame.

Add green food colour and dry paan masala. Mix well.

Pour the mixture in a greased or lined tray.

Tap the mixture and sprinkle paan masala and mint (colourful) sprinkles. Keep in fridge for 2-3 hours.

Demould it and cut in small square pieces.

Cranberry Fudge -


Add white chocolate, butter and condensed milk in a heavy bottomed pan.

Mix on low flame. Add cranberry and mix well. Pour in a lined or greased tray. Flatten it.

Sprinkle cranberry over it. Keep in fridge for 3-4 hours.

Demould it. Cut in square pieces. Enjoy !! Homemade delicious cranberry fudge.
