If you have sweet tooth, this instant bread sweet recipe is perfect for you. This instant bread ki mithai is very tasty. Easy to make and very tasty n delicious in taste. Quick to make and fun to eat.

For khoya and stuffing
1 cup milk powder
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp ghee
dry fruits
1/4 cup desiccated coconut (nariyal boora)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
For sugar syrup -
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Strawberry emulsion
Bread slices
1 tbsp desi ghee (clarified butter)
Take one cup of milk powder, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 tbsp ghee and mix in a pan.

Switch on the flame and cook on low flame, stir continuous.

Homemade instant khoya / mava is ready. Switch off the flame.

For sugar syrup add 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup of water in a vessel. Cook on medium flame and prepare a thin sugar syrup. Add strawberry emulsion in sugar syrup and mix nicely. Switch

off the flame and keep aside.

For stuffing, add khoya / mawa, powdered sugar, desiccated coconut in a pan. Cook till all the ingredients mix together. Add chopped nuts and mix. Stuffing is ready keep aside.

Cut bread in heart shape from the bread slices. Apply ghee / clarified butter on the heart shaped bread.

Roast the heart shaped bread pieces on tava on medium flame, flip and apply ghee and roast from another side too. (you can deep fry them too in ghee) Bread slices are now crispy and in golden colour.

Dip the roasted bread slices in sugar syrup and take them out. Keep them on a sieve. Now place the stuffing on the bread slice and cover with another heart shaped bread slice. For garnishing place desiccated coconut and pista flakes on the top of the bread slice. Our homemade instant bread sweet is ready.
