A unique combination of dessert and mouth freshener.... No preservative.. No essence.. No Color.. Made from very few ingredients which are easily available in your kitchen pantry

1. 1Cup Fresh Milk
2. 1Cup Chilled Full Cream Milk
3. 1Cup Fresh Cream
4. 1Cup Chilled Full Cream Milk
5. 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
6. 1Cup Full Cream Milk (at room temperature)
7. 1tbsp Corn Flour
8. 2 Meetha Paan (without betel nuts)
Boil milk at room temperature in a pan.

Take out 1tbsp milk from the pan and mix with the cornflour.

Add cornflour slurry in the milk and boil till it thickens.

Switch off the flame and let it cool.

Take some ice cubes in a plate so that the cream remains chilled while beating also

Take a big bowl, firmly keep over the ice cubes and add fresh malai.

Whip the fresh malai with an electric beater.

Now add the half of the chilled milk and whip continuously.

Add the remaining chilled milk and continue whipping.

Add powder sugar and whip again.

Add the thickened milk (milk and cornflour mix) and whip again.

Grind the meetha paan in mixer jar.

Now add the ground paan in the cream mix and stir well.

Pour this in an air tight container and keep in freezer for 7-8 hours.

Take the ice cream from the freezer after it is set and scoop out with a scooper.

Enjoy the mouth freshening ice-cream
