3 medium size roughly chopped potatoes 1 medium size roughly chopped onion 2-3 chopped garlic 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes 1 tsp butter ½ cup milk/ ¼ cup fresh cream Fresh coriander
Add butter, garlic and onion in a vessel and cook on low flame for a minute. Add a bay leaf in vessel. Add chopped potatoes, salt and approx. 500ml water in a vessel. Cover and allow to cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. Switch off the flame. Take out the bay leaf. Use hand blender to make smooth puree. Switch on the flame, add black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, milk/cream in puree and mix. Boil for a minute. Garnish with fresh coriander. Thick creamy potato onion soup is ready. Serve hot and enjoy!!
