Papad ki sabzi is an easy and quick Rajasthani sabzi. You can prepare this sabji in few minutes with less ingredients. Papad sabzi the traditional and authentic recipe is hereby presented by us which you all can enjoy with roti, chapati and bhakri.

3-4 medium size papad 1/4 cup fresh curd 1 tsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp salt Fresh coriander
Roast papad on medium flame in pan or direct on flame. Roast and crush the papad. Heat oil and crackle cumin seeds. Add chopped onion and green chilli. Cook on low flame. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cook for few seconds. Add curd and mix nicely and cook. Add 1 glass of water, salt and allow to boil. Add roasted and crushed papad and allow to cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame. Add fresh coriander. Papad sabzi is ready. Serve hot with roti and chapati.
