Transfer the ground dal in a bowl and beat till it becomes light and frothy. Add crushed clove and pepper corns in dal paste, add salt, turmeric powder, grated ginger, chopped green chillies, fresh coriander, fresh chopped methi (fenugreek leaves), finely chopped potatoes in dal paste and mix. Fry pakoras in hot oil on medium flame. Take out from oil. For next batch keep the oil heated so that on frying pakoras they will not absorb much oil. To increase the taste I am frying fresh chilies in hot oil on low flame for 10-20 seconds. Sprinkle salt on fried chillies. Our mouth watering pakoras are ready to serve. You can enjoy these pakoras with fried green chillies, sliced onions, green chutney and tomato ketchup.
