Christmas around on the corner. Today we are preparing eggless Christmas Tree Cake, which is perfect for Christmas party celebration. This cake is very easy to make.

- 1 Cup = 250 ml
1 Cup flour
1/2 cup fresh curd
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
For decoration-
Non dairy cream
green food colour
yellow gel food colour
sugar sprinkles
melted white chocolate
melted dark chocolate
Add powdered sugar, fresh curd and oil in a bowl. Mix nicely.

Add vanilla essence.

Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda in oil-sugar mixture.

Gently mix the cake batter, if needed gradually add milk.

I have greased and lined a 9*9-inch square cake tin.

Pour the prepared cake batter in mould and spread evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes on 180 degree Celsius.

Take out the cake from oven. Allow to cool.

I have melted white and dark chocolates. Add yellow gel food colour in white melted chocolate.

Fill both melted chocolates in piping bags.

Stick a parchment paper on a tray.

Prepare small stars on parchment paper with yellow chocolate.

Place toothpicks on parchment paper. Cover them with melted dark brown chocolates, leave 1 cm from the top from the pointed side of toothpick.

Keep in fridge for 2 minutes.

Add non-dairy whipping cream in a bowl and whip till stiff peaks form.

Take out 2-3 tbsp whipped cream in a bowl.

Add green food colour in whipped cream.

Demould the cake. Cut the cake in three parts.

Place all three cake slices on top of each other. Cut in triangular pieces with a knife.

Make swirls with the green whipped cream as shown in the video.

Chocolate garnishing are ready.

Place chocolate star on the top of the tree.

Decorate the cake as shown in the video.

Insert brown chocolate garnishing.

Sprinkle colourful sprinkle and the beautiful Christmas tree cake is ready.
