Christmas is nearby and Rose cookies are specially prepared on the occasion of Christmas. Today we are presenting a very easy and perfect eggless rose cookies recipe. 1 cup rice flour ( chaval ka aata) 1/4 cup Maida 1/2 cup Powdered sugar 1 tsp black sesame seeds 1/4 tsp salt 200 ml milk or as needed
batter using milk. Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes. Heat oil in a wok. Dip the rose cookie mould in hot oil for 3-4 minutes. Now dip the rose cookie mould in batter, make sure to not to dip the rose cookie mould fully in batter. keep the top part of the mould free from batter. Dip the molud in hot oil keep shaking the mould. Fry on medium flame till crispy. Take out the fried rose cookie from oil. Again dip the cookie mould in hot oil, after it dip in batter and leave the rose cookie in hot oil. Fry all the eggless rose cookies in the same way. Crispy eggless rose cookies are ready.
