Crispy, spicy, deep fried fresh green coriander parcels are very tasty and easy to make. They can be prepared with very few ingredients. These crunchy coriander parcels can be served with tea in parties and get together or at the time of high tea.

For dough -
1 cup besan (gram flour)
1/4 cup whole wheat flour (genhu ka aata)
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
For stuffing -
1 bunch of fresh coriander wahsed and finely chopped (hara dhaniya)
1/4 cup desiccated coconut (nariyal boora)
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 boiled and mashed potato
1/4 cup roasted crushed peanuts (moongfali)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 lemon
Add gram flour, whole wheat flour, corn flour, salt, turmeric powder, oil in a vessel. Mix and prepare a soft dough using water.

Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes.

Add desiccated coconut, crushed peanuts, chopped onions, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, salt, ginger-chilli-garlic paste, boiled and mashed potatoes, lemon juice in fresh chopped coriander. Mix all the ingredients and our stuffing is ready.

Stuffing and dough is ready. Prepare lemon size balls from the dough.

Grease the ball and roll in a small disc. Place stuffing in the center. Apply water on the sides and fold like an envelope.

Prepare all the parcels in the same way.

Heat oil on low flame. The oil temperature should be low. Add prepared parcels in the oil and fry them on low flame.

Take them out from the oil.

Crispy coriander parcels are ready to serve. Enjoy hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
