Crispy cutlet recipe is very tasty and delicious. These cutlets are very easy to make and are perfect for parties and get together. Kids and persons of all age group people will love it. kWe all associate snacks with ‘something fried' like tikki, cutlet, samosa, pakoda and the list goes on. There's something about evening hunger pangs that bend our appetite towards these oily foods to be paired with a hot cup of tea.

2 packs of maggi 2 -3 boiled and mashed potatoes 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum 1/2 cup gated carrots 1/4 cup sweet corns 2 packets of maggi masala 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper powder For slurry - 2-3 tbsp maida 1/4 tsp salt 2 packs of finely crushed maggi
Heat 1 tsp oil in a wok, add maggi and roast for 2-3 minutes. Add onions, capsicum, carrots, sweet corns, boiled and mashed potatoes, salt, black pepper powder, maggi masala, green chillis in roasted maggi and mix nicely. Switch off the flame. Allow to cool. Prepare balls from the mixture and flatten them with the help of palm and prepare round flat tikkis. For slurry mix maida, salt and water in a bowl. Prepare a thin slurry. Dip prepared maggi tikkis in slurry and cover with finely crushed maggi. Fry all the maggi cutlets in hot oil on high flame. Take out the fried maggi cutlets from oil. Crispy and tasty maggi cutlets are ready to eat.
