If you are finding the perfect recipe for weight loss then try this peanut butter recipe. This is totally made at home and very few ingredients are used to make this recipe. Do try this recipe and share your experience down in the comment section.

250gram peanuts
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Olive oil / Extra virgin coconut oil / oil
1/4 tsp Rock salt
Add peanuts in a pan, roast on low flame for 4-5 minutes or till brown spots starts appearing on the peanuts skin. Switch off the flame and allow to cool. Crush the peanuts and remove the skin from the peanuts. Transfer the peanuts in a plate and separate the peanuts from their skin.

Add deskinned peanuts, 1/4 tsp rock salt in a small mixer jar. Grind the peanuts at the intervals of 30-30 seconds each. Prepare a fine peanut powder. Now grind it continuously so that peanuts release the oil. Add 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp olive oil or extra virgin coconut oil. Grind for 30 seconds.

Homemade healthy peanut butter is ready. Store on room temperature for 2-3 months.
