Dry fruits are rich and right source of vitamins, minerals and all the nutrients that we need.They are many benefits by having dry fruits regularly. Kids generally avoid dry fruits and they refuse to eat dry fruits raw. So to keep the regular intake of nutrients and to have balanced diet during winter season prepare these healthy, quick and tasty dry fruit laddu and keep them healthy, energetic and intelligent. Easy, healthy, quick, delicious, tasty and simple to make recipe is here for all.

1 cup almonds (baadam)
1 cup cashews (kaju)
1 cup walnuts (akhrot)
1 cup grated dry coconut
1/2 cup pistachio (pista)
1 /4 cup pumpkin seeds (kaddu ke beej)
1/4 cup sesame seeds (til)
1 cup deseeded dates (khajoor)
1 cup chopped fig (anjeer)
1/4 cup raisins (kishmish)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder (ilaychi)
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder (adrak / saunth powder)
3 tsp ghee
Add 1 tsp ghee in a pan and roast almonds for a minute on low flame. take out them in a bowl.

Add cashews in the same pan and roast for a minute on low flame, Take out roasted cashews in the same bowl.

Add almonds and 1/4 tsp ghee in a pan. Roast on low flame and take out in the bowl.

Add pistachio and 1/4 tsp ghee in the same pan. Roast for a minute on low flame.

Add pumpkin seeds and few drops of ghee and roast for a minute. Add sesame seeds with the pumpkin seeds and roast for few more seconds. Take out in the same bowl.

Roast grated dry coconut in the pan for a minute.

Now allow to cool completely the roasted nuts and seeds.

Transfer all roasted nuts and seeds in a mixer jar and grind in coarse powder.

Transfer ground nuts and seeds in the bowl. Keep aside.

For natural sweetener we are taking raisins, fig and dates. Transfer them in the same mixer jar and grind them in a thick paste.

Mix dates, raisins and fig paste in the ground nuts, add cardamom powder, dry ginger powder, 2 tsp ghee and mix nicely. Prepare small laddus from the mixture.

Healthy and tasty dry fruit laddus are ready.
