People don't usually like eating Lauki. But instead of making simple lauki vegetable, we can also make lauki paratha which is very tasty dish to prepare. In this video we have shown how you can prepare it easily at home with some secret tips and tricks.

500gram Lauki / Bottle gourd
1/2 cup gram flour / besan
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp aamchur powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp oil
For stuffing - Wash and peel the bottle gourd and grate.

Heat oil, crackle mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds.

Add chopped green chillis.

Add grated bottle gourd, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt in a wok and cook on high flame.

Add gram flour and cook on medium flame till all the mixture comes together.

Add garam masala, aamchur powder and mix nicely. Switch off the flame, allow to cool completely.

Stuffing is ready and the dough should be in the same texture as of the stuffing.

Take a handful of dough and prepare a cavity, stuff the stuffing and seal the ends properly.

Roll the stuffed ball with dry flour. Flat the ball with fingers.

Gently roll with the rolling pin.

Place the lauki stuffed paratha on medium hot tava and roast the paratha on medium flame. Apply oil on both sides, cook till it becomes crispy.

Lauki stuff paratha is ready.
